I started in the beauty industry working as a shampoo assistant in the late 90's to 2000's while attending high school. After high school I studied Criminal Justice which led to a career as a police officer in the the District of Columbia for 81/2 years. Eventually in 2014, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a hair stylist. I attended Graham Webb International Academy, VA and received my license by the Virginia State Board of Cosmetology. Soon after I became a licensed instructor and Director of Cosmetology teaching and couching future hair stylist at GWA. I am experienced in Hair Color, precision hair cutting, and short hair.

What I love about hair!

Freedom of expression . The art of being able to create a look a client is going for by listening, envisioning, feeling and sometimes comparing is a big favorite for me.

I have the ability to be flexible/optional based on the skills and experience using my knowledge and being diverse in hair styles and textures.
